Yes, in this mode therapy sessions start automatically every other hour as long as you are wearing the device.

How quickly will I get pain relief?
Most people experience pain relief within 10-15 minutes after the start of a therapy session.

Does the pain relief last beyond the end of a therapy session?
Pain relief may last up to an additional 30 minutes.

How often can I use it?
As often as you need to, although it is best to wait 30 minutes between sessions.

Can I use it while sleeping?
You may use SENSUS to help you fall asleep and to keep pain under control while sleeping.

Are there side effects?
No. You may experience some mild skin irritation under the electrodes with prolonged use.

Can I use it with pain medications?
Your doctor may decide to prescribe both SENSUS and pain medications.

Is it covered by health insurance?
Your health plan may cover transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation for treatment of certain types of chronic pain. The medical equipment supplier will confirm insurance coverage.
